By accessing or using the Jyotir platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not access or use our Service.

2. Astrological Calculations & Accuracy

Our calculations are computed using advanced astronomical data models to project coordinates. While we strive for extreme mathematical precision in calculating sidereal placements, all insights, interpretations, yogas, and reports generated by the platform or its AI assistance are intended for informational, educational, and professional reference purposes only. Astrological reports do not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological counseling.

3. Practitioner Portal Rules

As an onboarded practitioner using our white-labeled services:

• You are solely responsible for the branding details, websites, phone numbers, and greetings you display on generated reports.
• You agree not to impersonate other practitioners, distribute spam, or use the platform for deceptive activities.
• You agree to comply with local privacy regulations regarding the data of the clients whose birth coordinates you upload.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Jyotir, its developers, or its owners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including the results of any astrological matchings or predictions.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to alter, pause, or discontinue any aspect of the Service (including calculations or features) at our sole discretion without notice.
