- Authentication Data: When you register as a practitioner via Google, we collect your name, email address, and avatar URL.
- Astrological Parameters: To generate charts, we process birth dates, exact times, and birth coordinates (latitude and longitude).
- Profile Information: Any custom practitioner name, contact phone, website, or report footnotes you save to the database.
3. How Your Data is Used
Your information is used solely to facilitate the features of the platform:
- Calculating sidereal coordinate positions and planetary placements.
- White-labeling printable dossiers and downloadable synastry/career PDFs under your customized brand.
- Synchronizing client directories in the cloud for authenticated practitioners.
4. Data Retention & Security
All practitioner data and client registries are stored securely in encrypted databases. We implement strict access controls, ensuring that only you can view, create, or update your saved records. We do not sell or lease your personal information to third parties.
5. Your Choices & Deletion
You have the right to access, edit, or permanently erase your profile and client files at any time through the Practitioner Dashboard. If you sign out or delete your account, your data session is securely closed or discarded.
